•Grace Period Is 10mins . You must confirm your appointment a day in advance ( Via email) or call (please ensure you speak to someone,Deadline to confirm is 11pm the night before your appointment If not confirmed your Appointment will be canceled. Also if you haven’t answered any emails / msg or calls prior to booking the appointment will be canceled.
